Need help with wrong pallet picked up
Hi All,
I would appreciate some help over here.
A little over 30 days ago we had an issue with a pickup from amazon partnered carrier , they were supped to pickup 6 FBA Stickered pallets but instead the driver took 5 FBA Pallets and 1 Non-FBA pallet from our warehouse & 1 fba pallet was left behind.
We have been in contact with amazon trying to recover this Non-fba pallet for over 30 days and they claim they have not located it on the site. i am very worried as this non-fba pallet was worth over $8000. I have submitted pictures to them of proof that the non-fba pallet from our loading dock cameras yet they have came back to us and said we couldn't locate it.
im thinking of driving to that facility to get to the bottom of it, is that possible?
This will impact my small amazon business tremendously, any help will be appreciated
