Customer Received Order they didnt place
I have a customer who called us because she received an order, from our marketplace, she didn't place.
The name on the package and the address both match hers. She has never ordered from us before, she was not been billed for the product, and has even checked with family and friends.
Is this a new type of scam I'm not aware of?

Sounds like another seller may have drop shipped it to her.

I would direct the buyer to contact Customer service if they have concerns.
