UPS return label to P. O. Boxes

For over a year, my returns were consistently sent to my P.O. Box without any issues. However, on 9/10/2024, Amazon began using UPS return labels for returns to USPS P.O. Boxes, despite UPS being unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. I opened Case ID 16323615081 and was informed that this issue is "widespread mass seller issue", and the Logistics Experience Services team is investigating it. As a result,

I have incurred shipping adjustment charges of over $25 per return, and some returns have been sent to the Amazon warehouse in Hebron, Kentucky. I was charged for shipping adjustments but never received the returns and had to issue refunds to the buyers. Additionally, all Safe T Claims have been denied.

Four months have passed, and Amazon has yet to resolve this issue.

Amazon allowed returns to be sent to P.O. Boxes but made an abrupt change without notice, leading to this "widespread mass seller issue" for sellers and resulting in shipping adjustments. What steps do I need to take to receive a refund for the shipping adjustments caused by Amazon?

We've received similar reports from other sellers, and have been providing anecdotes of impacted sellers to the corresponding internal team.
