Question about brand registry
I submitted an application for brand registry with the CASE ID 17341436171. The case is currently marked as "Pending Review," However, when I click on the case number it says “your case cannot be reopened. If you need help with an issue please contact us (link)”. This contact us link is of no help because it only applies when you already have a brand registered, which is not my case

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I can take a look into this for you. Thanks for including the case ID. I found your application case from the chat case ID you added here and see that your application is still in progress. I am not able to recreate getting a "your case cannot be reopened," message, but I can see that your Brand Registry enrollment case IS still in review.
Please also keep in mind that it typically takes an average of 10 business days to review an application which can be referenced on the Brand Registry application process help page.
Since your application is currently at 4 days, I recommend waiting a bit longer for additional communication. If you still have not heard anything by next Friday 3/14/25, please let me know here and I can submit an inquiry on your application.
