fraudulent return by an Amazon customer.
Hi All,
Once again, we have fallen victim to a fraudulent return by an Amazon customer.
We originally supplied 2x garden arches, but the customer has returned 2x cling film cutters—a completely different item. Despite this, Amazon has processed a full refund, leaving us at a total loss.
We attempted to contact the customer to check if this was an error, but since they are a business customer, Amazon does not provide an option to reach them directly. We then sought assistance from Amazon, only to be informed that this order is not eligible for a SAFE-T claim.
This is extremely unfair to sellers can anything else can be done to report the buyer and recover the lost
Looking forward to your prompt response.

Unfortunately this sort of scam is well known - returning a completely different item, so get the item they DID order AND a refund. It does sound as though the customer knows EXACTLY how to play the sytem, by returning incorrect items. Hopefully you have taken photos of the items you received instead of the correct items. Yes, report the customer, with photographic evidence.
