I didn't receive any performance notification but amazon removed my 7 asins

Amazon remove my 7 asins, the reason is Product Policy Violations-brand on product. I am a brand seller. I didn't receive any performance notification of which brand i have infringed and I have created 3 cases to ask the details. But all the customer service told me that they din not know.
