Creating a New Brand with Products Registered in Amazon Brand Registry
Hello, we are a company planning to enter Amazon.
However, we have one issue. Our existing products, including one line that another company has listed on Amazon and completed the brand registry for, are a part of that group. We want to create a separate brand for this particular product.
We need to transfer ownership of the products listed by that company to our account and proceed with a new brand registry for these products.
We are unsure where to start in this situation, as Amazon support has been providing answers that do not seem to be applicable. Is there anyone who can guide us on the steps and order to follow?
If the person providing guidance is available for assistance, we are considering consulting them for this task.

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would be happy to assist. To start, please review the Amazon Brand Name policy, the brand name on an ASIN cannot be changed. For your situation, you will need to create a new ASIN with that new brand name once you have successfully registered that Brand Name in Amazon Brand Registry.
