Flat File 8101 Error even though the value is right
I've been trying to list some boots on amazon for the past 3-4 weeks and each time I solve an error with the help of seller support (This takes a week for them to even get back to me and most of the time it is just a message saying they are working on it) an new one replaces it. This time I've got the 8101 error: Invalid ProductType value for SKU: [55-352Z]. For help fixing this, see https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/24541. There is only one product type in the drop down menu available and it is 'BOOT' but it doesn't matter if I have this in the box or not it just always gives me this error.

Amazon can you get back to me on case ID 10502957362? You've left me with no updates for a week and made it impossible to sell my boots!
