Is it possible to run a report which includes the individual handling time for each active listing? I checked the available inventory reports but that option isn't available.

No there isn't, I think maybe because most sellers have a single handling time across all SKUs.
Do you have many SKUs that differ from your default handling time? It might be worth making a spreadsheet of those that differ so you know in future.
