ASIN taken down for customer reporting expired but date is mfg date. Amazon says photo showing is not enough
The appeal process only allows you to choose option that customer mistook mfg for exp and attach photo of product showing it says mfg. It is clear in the photo the date is Manufacture date so I guess Amazon doesn't know that "mfg" means Manufacture?
They keep responding for greater detail when there is no area for greater detail. What greater detail do you need other than I CHOSE CUSTOMER MKSTOOK MFG FOR EXP AND ATTACHED CLEAR PHOTO OF SAME BOTTLE DISPLAYING MFG DATE!!!!!

Rep in case has told me the appeals dept wants customer communications which is moot in this Instance BUT they also know I am part of the AMAZON CSBA PROGRam and I don't communicate with customers and amazon literally says communications are unavailable to us. Csba also didn't raise a case to us when the customer reported it.
Rep stated since I am prevented from communications and I an unable to contact customer being part of the csba program then I will just have to deal with the violation
