Hi Sellers,

I am struggling in account verification, at the final stage, Amazon verification team has asked me to provide certified bank letter which should be signed and stamped, I've provided Monzo, Wise, and Lloyds banks letter They named "Letter for confirmation of bank details" but they were not accepted by Amazon stating they are not acceptable types, I do have my personal accounts in Halifax, HSBC & RBS , i've visited all 3 bank's branches personally and they said that kind of letter does not exists, They can only provide standard system generated bank statement of most recent dates with bank's monogram with out any signature and stamp.

Can anybody please help how to proceed for that certified bank letter?
