Fed up with answer books being returned
Buyers are buying educational text books and especially answer books clearly copying them (I know hard to prove but come on lets just accept it is happening) and then returning them, infuriating. Think the only way to protect myself from shelling out postage and returns is to remove them all, I would rather burn them to be honest than allow buyers to keep pulling fast ones. Anyone else had similar?

The issuse is people are using their legal right to return items without reason in the timsecale. Other than Face to face sales you going get hit A lot of publishers have move their workbooks/answer books to a Digital subscription format therefore falling under different set of legal laws. yes people arre abusing the legal right but you have no legal means to stops it.
