Not Eligible for the "Featured Offer"
Can one of the Amazon moderators review my case for not being eligible for the "Feature Offer" (Buy Box)
Here is my case ID: 15158900431
Here are the details I first used to open the ticket - the responses from support have not been be very helpful, addressing issues that I don't have or just completely off topic.
I've checked my Performance and policy compliance and they are all within acceptable ranges.
Order Defect Rate: 0%
Account Health Rating: 220
Late Shipment Rate: 0%
Pre-fulfillment rate: 0%
Valid Tracking Rate: 100%
I'm using the "Featured Offer eligible" column on the "Manage Inventory" page to determine if I'm eligible or not. I understand even if I'm eligible I may not get the buy box as that's depends on many factors, such as price, shipping timeline, handling time, etc.
Here are some example ASINs that should be elgible in my opinion, but really all of my current inventory should be eligible.Can you please review and fix this issue?

I had this very issue you are describing where all my inventory was ineligible for the featured offer and not getting anywhere with the email support in addressing the matter. I posted about a week ago on another post and was able to get my account looked into by @Rose_Amazon and my listings are now available to receive the featured offer.
