Removed From Amazon Handmade
I received an email saying I may not be meeting the requirements of selling in the Handmade category and they asked to provide information about some ASIN that I no longer sell because business didn't go well.
So I sent 2 appeal emails about those ASIN they were asking and another email about the product I'm actually selling with all information I was asked to provide, but then they still decided that I'm not meeting requirements of selling in the Handmade category and all my listings become Inactive.
This is so unfair, I did everything I'm supposed to do.
Best regards,

Hi @Seller_gXmg9iEAGAtZX,
I'm sorry to hear about your situation with Amazon Handmade.
I noticed you sent two appeals about the ASIN Amazon requested information for, plus another one about your current product. While I understand wanting to show your current product, it might be better to focus solely on the specific ASIN Amazon asked about. Even though you're no longer selling this item, providing documentation about its handmade production process is what matters here - it's not about how well it sold, but about verifying it met Handmade requirements.
According to the help pages, here's what you need to focus on:
Amazon Handmade eligibility (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G201817090):
- Products must be designed and produced by you or your small group
- Mass production is not allowed
Correct classification (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G201817280):
- Hand-Altered
- Hand-Designed
- Handcrafted
- Repurposed
- Upcycled
When appealing, include clear supporting evidence like production process documentation and photos. If your previous appeals were rejected, carefully review Amazon's feedback to ensure you're providing all requested information.
Hope this helps guide you through the process!
Kind regards, Michael
