unable to list a product under a brand, unable to get GTIN exemption, going in circles
I"m trying to list products under a brand name product, we have been doing it for quite some time, all of a sudden it stopped working last week, it's asking us to apply for seller application, and on top of that message, it's also asking us to apply for GTIN exemption.
We tried to be a good little boy and submit brand authorization, the seller support agent keeps telling us that we have to apply for GTIN exemption first. We follow the steps in the GTIN exemption page and goes back to right where we started, at the page below. As you can see, there's nothing to click on besides "Apply to sell", and once again we cannot go through with the Brand authorization without applying for GTIN exemption. This brand has never used UPC or EAN, so we never had to enter UPC in the past, UPC would be generated automatically by Amazon.
