Seeking Advice on Amazon Brand Registry Application Rejection

Hi everyone,

I recently submitted an application for Amazon Brand Registry, but it was unfortunately rejected. The rejection email outlined the following reasons:

a) Your account was engaging in conduct that violates Brand Registry's policies, such as, but not limited to, invalid notice submissions through our notice submission channels or tampering with the catalog.

b) Your application or account is related to other Amazon accounts or brands that have violated Amazon or Brand Registry's policies.

c) You are associated with one or more selling accounts as a primary owner, and all of them have failed seller verification.

d) Inability to provide sufficient evidence of branding on products/packaging.

e) You have a selling account that is de-activated.

f) Your trademark application appears to be filed by a filing firm that may be violating US federal regulations and USPTO rules.

After researching forums, Google, and Reddit, I came across a potential issue related to product photos. Some users mentioned that photos without visible hands might trigger AI flagging. However, our product photos clearly display our logo and branding. Could this still be an issue?

Additionally, I have a few questions regarding documents and manufacturing:

- Can an NNN agreement (Non-Disclosure, Non-Use, Non-Circumvention) in dual languages (Chinese and English) serve as a valid manufacturing agreement? Or does the manufacturing agreement need to have the brand letterhead, include specific terms and clauses, and have signatures from both parties?

- For the manufacturing invoice, should I upload it in its original language (Chinese), or is it mandatory to provide a translated version in English?

If anyone has encountered similar situations or has advice on addressing these issues, I would greatly appreciate your input.

I also highly recommend reviewing the Apply to sell a product, category, or brand Seller University video. This video provides the most robust explanation of invoice requirements (format, language etc.). Please note that although this video is specifically for the Selling Application process for a category, product or brand, the invoice requirements do apply.
