We want to know what's happening with Amazon sales. This year, our sales have been a disaster. We're selling less every day. Sales in our store are getting weirder every day. We want to know if it's just us, or is everyone like this?

Not everyone, but a substantial number.

Have you read any of the OTHER posts about this on here? For example --

There are boycotts going on against "big business" like Amazon from idiots that don't understand that nearly 2/3 of sales on here are by small businesses. Of course, that number is skewed by all the mega businesses that are 'offshore' so it might only be 40 to 50% small sellers here.

Sales are down on all platforms. I am a small seller, but from everything I read on other 3rd party platforms, sales are down for most people, anywhere from 50-90%. Personally, mine are down around 70%. Unless you sell something that people would be deemed a necessity, people are very concerned about parting with their money. It is a VERY hard time to be "carefree" with spending. Between job reports, stock market, and people seeing their retirement savings dropping at a frightening pace, people are just plain concerned about overspending.

it's impossible to grow here. I was growing up until 2015, then I got an unwarranted suspension and around the same time the chinese sellers started to flood the market. It has been downhill and more work ever since.

This past year was the weirdest....my sales were cranking up normally through October for xmas, and then started to nosedive on November 6....that decline whent through December...My December sales were weaker than my November sales....that has never happened before and I wasn't the only one that noticed that...

On top of that, so many invisble variables like maybe too many A to Zs, too many Safe-T claims, too many returns, who knows what else is affecting sales. theft is up, and so are my reimbursement requests--perhaps that has caused my personal slowdown....

those who claim sales are good are lying because they are afraid their posts will negatively affect their relationships with sources of stock and credit! The posts on the forum are public after all!

I know recently its been all over tiktok that the chinese government is targeting US brands and they have definitely hit amazon. Thats why there has been so many brand name and ads accounts hackings. Sad part is amazon has absolutely no defense for it beside increasing fees so they dont loose a profit

Sales on Amazon are becoming tougher for small sellers. Rising fees, tight margins, and intense competition make it harder to stay profitable. Many are rethinking if it's still worth it.
