SHIPMENT IN TRANSIT FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS!!
Could someone enlighten us on how long does Amazon leave the shipment status not updated without doing anything?
We have shipment for over a month and almost 2 months in "IN TRANSIT" status.
I have submitted case ID 16875364681 but until now there is no response from Amazon.
