Hello, I work for an organization that ran into some issues last year that I need help clarifying.

During Prime Day, we created a brand store page that featured all of our Prime Day discounts. For many different reasons, we decided not to run any best deals or lightning deals and opted to only create prime exclusive deals. Yet, on the brand store page, we planned to upload a creative banner with the words "Prime Day Deals". After trying to upload the banner we were immediately flagged and told we couldn't do that because we weren't actually participating in any Prime Day deals (understandable).

This year, we would like to do something similar and I'm trying to find the rules around what you can and can not say in the creative surrounding deals, but I'm having a hard time finding it in the AMZ help articles.

Could someone please help me find where these rules are so we can avoid making the same mistakes?
