I am having the exact same problem. It used to about 14 days before it was prime eligible. The last shipment I sent in to BNA6 on June 29 and here it is Aug 8 and it is still not checked in. On one other occasion I sent it to BNA6 it still took over 30 days. And also they are starting to miscount more often. Seems like it has gotten progressively worse since they started the placement fee's.

"It kills my business and also my mental health. In this am losing my sales"

It is not Amazon causing the problem, it is simply the way you are operating your business.

1. You selected FBA allowing Amazon to run the back end of your business.

2. Have you test sold your products using FBM first? By selling the product for a month using FBM, you know the salability of the item. You know how often is sells, and how much profit you will derive from each sale.

This allows you to know up front if you can still make your desired profit to keep, and pay all the fees Amazon will collect, no manner if the product sells or not.

3. By selling FBM first, you will have a good idea of how many products to send to FBA, and how many products to hold back and keep selling FBM. This allows you to still many profits while waiting for Amazon to sort out your shipment.

" Seems like it has gotten progressively worse since they started the placement fee's."

FBA sellers are a cash cow for Amazon. All the fees Amazon collects comes out of a sellers unearned profit. Have you noticed, everything Amazon states in all the FBA hype, is stated in such a way to keep a seller from focusing of their profit. That is because, Amazon want as much of a seller's profit as they can get.

You would think with all the new fees FBA would work just a touch smoother. Instead check in times have gotten worse and overall efficiency has gone down in the past few months. I can't wait to see what nightmare Q4 will be for FBA sellers. Adjust your business model and how you operate if you want less headaches otherwise expect more of the same.

Me too. I STILL have boxes in "Delivered" status that I sent back in June.

When Amazon started the penalities for low inventory everybody rushed to send in boxes. That's why they're backed-up.
