Retailer registered brands

We are a retailer with two registered brands that we place on products. We bundle our registered branded products with items from several manufacturers. Some of those products are registered brands as well. We are properly licensed and authorized sellers of those products.

Other sellers appear on the product page where we have our bundled offering, claiming to the customer that they also offer our bundled product. We're having trouble resolving this with Amazon's brand registry team. When we have opened a case, the result is often that WE are charged with an infringement. Has anybody run into this before?

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would be happy to take a look at what is going on. First, how have you been reporting this? I reviewed your submission history in Brand Registry and do not see any complaints submitted. If you can provide a case ID that you have opened with Brand Registry, I would be happy to take a look.

To speak to you filing an infringement claim and that causing you to receive an IP complaint in your Account Health Dashboard, might be because you are reporting the ASIN as a whole and not 1 offer specifically.

One other question, is your bundle a physical bundle that you put together or is it set up as a virtual bundle?

I look forward to providing more assistance where I can.
