Tax profile
Hello. Our LLC was created in the USA, but is conformed by two people who do not reside or are citizens in the United States. We are argentinians. That's why we find it confusing which type of form (W9 or W8-BEN) applies to our particular situation. Does anyone know how to properly set up our tax profile? Should we select Business or Individual? And in the following question should we tick Yes or No when it asks for US residence? Thanks
