Removed from featured offer and buybox! is anybody else having this issue?
Strangely overnight all of my offers have been removed from the featured offer and I lost the buybox. In the past I have had over 400 skus in the buybox and all my offers qualified for the featured offer. So strange. I have sold nothing for 2 days straight...never happened before. Even where I am the only the buyer and the price is below the normal ... I am still removed from featured offer and the buy box. What could I have done wrong? Any ideas? I use bqool to do my repricing. Any help would be great.

Where have you been? Read the forums. This is a MAJOR issue. Many people are reporting this and the mods have all been kidnapped.

This happened to me as well. All account in good standing. You have to talk to Someone on the call me now -account health specialist and tell them they all were lost at once. Chats and emails wont due for this. You will get side lined quick with generic answers. If your health account is mostly pristine they will take action. It took me a couple days to get it lined out and for sure lost some money and some brain cells....No I never received an explanation but my buy boxes returned. I hope this helps.

unless they got them for free or they are working towards a loss I do not worry about it. I am more concerned about my FBM with what me and my wife do with customer service than making .005 cents.

Please check your performance. Also do you own the brand? Are you the registered brand owner? Are others attached to your listings or you attached to someone else listing? Just a few things to check

Don't feel bad. Went from 15000 (FBM and FBA) buy boxes to 300 (all FBA) overnight.
