Waiting response for Product Compliance Request over one month.
Hello,
I received a Product Compliance request a month ago. All the required documents were submitted, but I have been waiting for a response for over a month. The due date for this request is November 7, 2024, and I want to ensure that it will be automatically removed by that date. Unfortunately, support has not provided any updates, and all my cases are still marked as “Pending Amazon Action.”
The Product Compliance request is for a newly added variation to an existing listing with several variations. All other variations have already been approved by the Product Compliance team.
