Cannot Print
As of 2 days ago I cannot print packing slips and shipping labels from my amazon orders.
Same computer and same printer as always. The printer works fine printing out from other sites on 8.5 by 11 paper as I always use.
It does not make any difference whether or no the popup blocker is turned off or on using Chrome.
Any ideas and thanks.

Just the 'normal' stuff to fix probable glitches --
Clear your cache
Turn the computer (and printer) off and on (after waiting a minute or two)
Go into your settings and be sure there are not any items in the print queue that need to be cancelled
Use a different browser

I am not tech support, but make sure your computer is updated. Remove and reinstall printer.
Also, life changed after getting a 4 x 6 label printer and never looking back. There is an initial upfront cost, but it saves time for every single shipment--especially when there are many orders.
