Customer Requested AtoZ to be withdrawn but Amazon won't remove it.
Does any seller have a solution to this issue. Customer filed an AtoZ 5 hours after their return was delivered. After speaking with the customer through Amazon chat, they advised they were going to withdraw the complaint and then followed up after the call to Amazon that they infact requested the complaint to be withdrawn and the rep confirmed they removed it. Yet the AtoZ is still there and affecting our metrics. Is there a moderator that can look into this?
