refund 47 usd fee i decided to close account

I don't know what is going on with Amazon but I created my individual seller account and I saw that the account was actually created professionally and I also want my money back $47 because I decided to close the account permanently I hope to get my money back. Normally I should get the money back because I have closed my account permanently and get refund

first your account needs to be downgraded to individual. Then you need to open a case and request your payment back. You will get a refund if you have not used professional selling plan features.
