We are writing to request urgent assistance with a persistent issue regarding Featured Offer eligibility for our listings. For approximately three months, none of our listings have been eligible for the Featured Offer (Buy Box), despite meeting all stated performance requirements and having a healthy account. This is significantly impacting our sales and customer experience.

We sell our own branded products, and we are the sole seller of these items. The lack of a Buy Box severely limits our visibility. Approximately two months ago, our Valid Tracking Rate (VTR) temporarily fell below the required threshold due to a human error in our shipping process. We immediately addressed this issue and implemented corrective measures to prevent recurrence. As of today, our Account Health is excellent, and all our performance metrics are well within the required targets. We have attached a screenshot of our current Account Health page for your review. We are on a Professional Selling Plan.

The problem is that despite our improved metrics and healthy account status, none of our listings, including newly created ones, are eligible for the Featured Offer. This has persisted for nearly three months since we corrected the VTR issue.

Our Account Health Metrics are as follows: Order Defect Rate is 0.88% (Target: Under 1%). Late Shipment Rate is 0.92% (Target: Under 4%). Pre-fulfillment Cancel Rate is 0% (Target: Under 2.5%). Valid Tracking Rate is 100% (Target: Over 95%). Negative Feedback is 0.18%. A-to-z Guarantee claims is 0.7%. Chargeback Claims is 0%. Account Health Rating is 280.

We understand that Featured Offer eligibility is determined by a variety of factors. However, given our consistently strong performance metrics, our Professional Selling Plan, and the fact that we are the sole seller of our branded products, we believe there may be an underlying issue preventing our listings from regaining eligibility.
