No Buy Box even after 90 days
Hello dear community,
I am seller on amazon.de. I am the owner of my own brand, I ship using FBM. My first listing was created on May 21(means that 90 days gone) however I didn't get the Buy Box yet. I have Professional account and good Health. I have more than 30 products listed now and I also tried to set extremely low price on one of the products but nothing works. I am lost, do you have relevant experience? I feel like I'm being forced to switch to FBA because without the buy box I cannot even launch ad on my products which means I cannot get sales.
P.S: writing on UK because I don't know German and English speaking forum is much more convenient for me

In this thread I ask our sellers to share the ASINs where they lost the Buy Box. I then share these ASINs with the Buy Box team who check for eligibility.
Please be aware, this team does not share the outcome with me. If you want to know if you are eligible or not, you have to open a case with Seller Support.
