"One Click" product rating now hidden.
I noticed that the "one click" product rating is now hidden. (Star only rating without review) How can we track review rating with half the data hidden? Anyone else find this objectionable?
That on top of rating changed by Amazon algorithm to "better estimate" the product rating. (That was admitted in a conversation with support team)
I think it's dishonest and manipulation of product rating invalidates the rating system. I think if the public knew that Amazon was manipulating the customer rating, there would be outrage.

While rating systems may evolve over time, here are some metrics that can provide more actionable insights into customer satisfaction (beyond just ratings):
- Analyze customer return reasons and feedback patterns
- Track your response time to customer inquiries and resolution rates
- Monitor seasonal trends and product performance correlations
- Cross-reference sales data with customer engagement metrics
- Set up systematic follow-up processes for post-purchase feedback
Hope this helps, may the sales be with you 🌟
