Account Deactivated and Can't get in Contact with Seller Support

We have been working with Amazon and Manufacturer with restricted policy violations for 2 months now. We have submitted required info right away and are constantly contacting amazon to figure out what we need to fix to remove violations. We were sent a Repeat violation: Restricted Products Violations Warning last week and requested amazon account health team contact us multiple times. Each time they'd call and the code would not work or no one would answer the call once the code was entered. We are looking for anyway to get our account reactivated.
