BFL2 warehouse lost my goods
Please Amazon resolve the issue with the BFL2 warehouse as soon as possible! I sent 658 items to this warehouse, but received 0 of them. After submitting the investigation, the customer service informed me that they did not receive these goods as expected after a second review, even though I had submitted proof of delivery for the goods. Amazon still refuses to admit that they have lost these items! This is really infuriating! Even worse, I sent over a thousand inventory items to this warehouse in October (although it wasn't what I wanted to do). Nowadays, many buyers have reported this issue. Please Amazon solve the BFL2 warehouse problem as soon as possible!

In your "Shipments" you see them still "In Transit" and not "Delivered"?
Is that proof signed by Amazon?

Me too. BFL2 claimed I somehow sent 0 items even though UPS scanned with weight. Had them do a review as it was 'closed' and they said they confirmed that they did indeed receive 0. Ridiculous.

Same here. they closed the shipment with 0 units received. I have seen multiple threads of similar issue. Looks like amazon is not bothered about lost units anymore.

Amazon never pays for lost units.
Because FBA is another name for theft.
I think they stole the products we sent to the FBA warehouse.
They did not pay for many packages that were lost in the FBA warehouse.
They never pay even though I sent all the purchase invoices and proof of delivery (POD) documents. They come up with a different lie every time.
