My account is inactive, although I verified my seller identity but it was rejected because the address of the identification documents provided does not match the country I registered when I opened the account in sellercentral, therefore, I must edit it, does anyone know what the process is like? Unfortunately, you are unable to edit the country of origin once its selected.
I, myself, had to edit the country of origin. I had to create a second account and provide a reason why I had to open a second account. It was granted and I now sell on the appropriate account and closed the first one.
