Amazon Brand Registry for a product which is filed with USPTO as "intent-to-use" product
I have some questions regarding Amazon brand registry of a cosmetic product brand for which the application to USPTO for a trademark will be filed as "intent-to-use"
1) If there is no actual product, do we still have to provide an actual picture of the product during Amazon Brand registration?
2) The product will be sold in glass or plastic jars, and the jars will be labelled with a sticker label which will contain the brand name and logo, and other information. For such a product, is permanent engravement of brand name on packaging still a requirement?

Hi there @Seller_GifjVsXBeCTL2
A couple things here to answer your questions, you will need images of the actual product/packaging in order to apply for Brand Registry. As for your second questions, a sticker will not meet the standard requirements for enrollment. I recommend reviewing this post my colleague Sandy made awhile back as it very clearly lays out what's needed!

Could you also provide more detailed guidelines, instructions, Rules and Policies regarding registering a cosmetic/skincare brand specifically in Handmade category?
I am also intending to register our skincare and cosmetics brand as Amazon Handmade. I can see that there are some cosmetics and skincare products marketed and sold in the Amazon Handmade category, and these products only bear a sticker label, not an engraved label. I know that we need to get our brand registered to get an approval in the Handmade category. So, I wonder if it is possible to get our brand registered in Handmade category with the sticker labels.
