Remote Fulfilment with FBA program (Pricing Error)

Hi @ Ezra_Amazon Our Cases Ids 10698220782, 10698885322

We are facing a real critical situation related to price conversion GBP to Swedish krona.

We enrolled into Amazon's (Remote Fulfilment with FBA program) 2 days ago but we are facing a MAJOR issue with price conversion in Sweden marketplace as Amazon should have converted price from GBP to Swedish Krona (1GBP = 13.69kr) but we are getting orders on same price as it is UK base market.

For example: Product selling price in UK market is £10.99 and getting orders for 10.99kr while Sweden selling price should have been over 150kr.

We have stopped the (Remote Fulfilment with FBA program) and contacted Seller support through Call, Chat and email in both UK and Sweden market but as usual have not got any response to cancel all the Sweden market orders of last 48 hours. All orders are on same ASIN as price is too low customers ordering bulk quantities.

There are total 105 orders of same ASIN we want to cancel or get compensation for them.

Please note: Except that specific ASIN in Sweden market all other ASIN's have correct prices conversion in Sweden and all other marketplaces enrolled in Remote Fulfillment so this is not because of BIL.

If you have any answers, that would be great.
