Other sellers create fake account to report IP on the product that I sell on amazon, even my account was ungated. All of these fake report was Counterfeit without a Test Buy

It's not the other sellers, it's the brand owner.
So you're authorized by the brand owner to be reselling their product?

So in response, submit your Letter of Authorization FROM THE BRAND stating that you are authorized to sell their products on Amazon. Also invoices showing that you purchased from the Authorized Distributor that the brand recommended when you got approval FROM THE BRAND.

Thank you for posting your concerns with a few intellectual property complaints.
So you are aware being ungated does not grant you authorization to use someone else's intellectual properties without permission. These complaints are for the misuse of the brand or rights owners intellectual properties. This as the community has stated requires the submission of valid invoices and or a letter of authorization for the mentioned intellectual properties.
If you are unaware of the intellectual properties, find the performance notification in seller central to confirm the associated information for the related complaint ID, if it only provides a TM or trademark number, you will need to search it on the USPTO website.
Where were you sourcing the product from, were they an authorized distributor who was approved by the brand? Can they confirm their supply chain?
