Thank you for reaching out with these questions!
You should receive Replenishment Alerts through the email attached to your selling account. To update this email, please go to Account Info > Account Management > Login Settings.
If you're still not receiving Replenishment Alerts after doing so, I'd recommend opening a case with Seller Support so they can take a further look into your account to ensure everything is set up properly.
