Unable to connect with account health support
Hi, my account got deactivated and I have been trying to submit my appeal along with invoices but it keeps getting rejected. I always get the same generic response that "you did not submit enough information". I would really like to connect with health support to get insight as to why my appeal is getting rejected even though the invoices are authentic and direct from brand. Every time I try to contact account health support, i get this error "you are not authorized to view this page", I don't understand. Please help.

They want invoices that meet their invoice and sourcing requirements, as outlined in help.
Invoices from brand approved, wholesale only distributors or brand direct with a business acount.
