Amazon seller verification team Help

i submitted the Verification documents 5 business days ago, i was instructed to wait for 3 business days for the team to verify and activate my account.

However, this is still the same situation today. All amazon support tells me is to open a new case which i have opened up to 15 cases with the problem still unsolved. my account has been inactive for 6 days which is starting to affect my mental health.

what can do again?
