Amazon is not accepting my passport showing my maiden name and my credit card bill showing my married name
our account has been suspended due to Amazon unable to verify my identity. The main problem is that my passport is showing my maiden name and my credit card bill is showing my married name. I have called account health team 5+ times and no one seems to be able to resolve this besides telling me to "re-verify" with the same information. But each time, it just gets rejected. I also tried to submit a case including my marriage certificate but the case got closed without any explanation (case ID 15512827171). I am at the end of the rope here because I feel that I have tried EVERYTHING and no one from Amazon could help me with a simple name verification or tell me how else I can show "I am me". Please help
