Virtual Identity Verification link is not working

Hello AMAZON Team

We have received a notification about virtual identity verification. When we try to submit the required documents for virtual identification by using the given link, we receive an error message "We apologize for the inconvenience. It seems you may not be eligible to participate in the virtual identity verification at this time"

We have already deleted all cookies, caches, and history. We have logged out from the Amazon seller and buyer account, and again signed in to try the link. But unfortunately still getting the same error (find the attachment)

We are enrolled in amazon account health assurance (AHA) program but we are unable to connect will health specialist. When we try to connect on call, we don't receive any call from amazon and our call get ended"

We have tried all possible solutions such as delete all history, cache, cookies, used different browser, connect with support team on chat and email. but still our issue is not resolved.

Our deadline is 01.01.2025. Kindly provide us new link for virtual Identity verification and resolve this issue.

I checked with the appropriate team about your situation and they confirmed that you have been sent a new invitation link today 12/31/24. Can you please check if this new link works for you and let me know? If you run into any other errors please screenshot what you are seeing and post it here.
