Help I need access to my old Amazon account but don't have OTP

Hi

I have an Amazon account that I have not used in a few years, I want to start using it again but I no longer have the phone number for the OTP. I have completed the forms but have not heard back from Amazon.

Any ideas?

If you've not used it for years it has possibly been made dormant. Am guessing you will need to go through full re-verification to reactivate the account. maybe open a case with Seller Support (Help). You may (or may not !) get a sensible answer !!!

For regaining access to your dormant account without the original phone number:

Submit a "Account Recovery Form" again through the "Forgot Password" option if you haven't heard back in 24-48 hours

Make sure you're providing as much account verification information as possible (previous passwords, purchase history, last known address, etc.)

Try contacting Seller Support directly through the help page (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/contact-us) - choose "Account Settings" > "Login Problems"

Request the OTP - to the phone number you no longer have, then select did not receive, or resend, and it should give you options to send via your email address.
