My account health page does not have a call me now button.
My account was deactivated few months ago. I have tried to gather all the information they asked for. They told me to appear for a video call and I managed to get time after two months for that video call. My account is still inactive. I do not even know whats missing in my appeal.
What I want to know by calling them is what can i do get my account deactivated. I have around 8.5K dollars balance stuck in that account and it is really unfair to do that.
Is there anyone who can help me to get my account reinstated. I have attached the performance notification of account deactivation. I am purchasing the products from brand authorised distributor. Once amazon asked for the invoice and my invoice was accepted. Now when my account is deactivated i am submitting the same invoices and the appeal is getting rejected.
I am attaching a proof of invoice acceptance at the end of this post. Please take a look and let me know what can i do in this case. They are not accepting the same invoice again. I have bought only 1 batch of this product and same invoice is not accepted again.

Tracking IDs that i could find in my records. Some Tracking IDs are missing I could not find them.
I am really upset as my account balance is stuck. Amazon seller support members do not even reply properly. They are not even telling me the exact reason for account deactivation. and when i go to the help and open a case they do not know what my question is and answer randomly. I think they have some kind of templates and reply those templates over and over again. This is a really upsetting situation when you are stuck. Your business is stuck and someone is replying templates to you over and over again. Is this some kind of joke. The people who are sitting in customer support are really incompetent they cant even interpret my query and respond properly.
If anyone knows Please Provide a Concise answer With steps to resolve my problem. I do not have any other data other then the data i have already provided.

Your Amazon selling account has been deactivated. Your listings have been removed in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. We are withholding any funds available in your account. If you have FBA inventory of the items causing "inauthentic" complaints, they are currently ineligible for removal.
Why is this happening?
We have taken this measure because we have concerns about the authenticity of the items listed at the end of this email. In order to ensure that customers can shop with confidence on Amazon, we request additional information from sellers to confirm the authenticity of certain products. The sale of counterfeit products on Amazon is strictly prohibited. Amazon has several product detail and listing policies to ensure customers have a consistent buying experience and receive items in the condition they expect. How do I reactivate my account?
To reactivate your account, go to your "Account Health" and click on "Reactivate My Account" to submit necessary information.
