Brand registry - Need to be added as Rights Owner of my brand
Hello,
Our brand La Maison du Savon de Marseille has been created several years ago, and we haven't yet launched our products on Amazon, except through resellers.
We would like to create our seller central accounts and launch on Amazon Europe and US, we tried to enroll the brand via Brand registry on the US first but the application has been declined because the brand is already enrolled and we need to contact the Rights Owner or Admin.
We are the only Rights Owners of the brand, we have all the trademark registration documents. Brand registry team suggested that if we were the Rights Owner and the current admin is no longer active, we needed to use the form below to request access but the link does not work :

Brand Registry checks the design of your trademark.
Your USPTO trademark is not registered but I see here three French trademarks. I am assuming that one of them is registered. Your USPTO Brand Registry application will be allowed to move forward but will eventually be declined if the logo matches something that is already registered in another market.
Amazon wants all trademarks in one account.
But I am failing to see where "La Maison du Savon de Marseille" is registered. I cannot find its Amazon presence.
I, too, cannot access that link.
Also, I see that your trademark and seller address do not match. Amazon might give you a hard time if it does not match.

My name is Sandy from the Community manager team.
Upon review, I see that the brand La Maison du Savon de Marseille is registered in Canada. The trademark owner, looking into the trademark details is Stephan Samuelian which seems to be the President of La Maison du Savon de Marseille in Canada? This information is with a google search so I'm not sure if it's currently accurate.
There could have been steps to register the brand for Canada already and not aligning with the US registration internally.
If you are able to reach out internally, would you check and have them connect a trademark for the US rather than you applying for a new one?
