FYI, today for first time Customer Service admitted they are not trained to help FBA related, can some MOD explained this , Amazon this giant multibillion company don't have Customer Service to HELP, really ?

I'm not a mod, but Customer Service is to help CUSTOMERS. You are a seller. Anyone who sells FBA or FBM is a SELLER, not a CUSTOMER. If you need seller support, contact Seller Support, not Customer Support (Service).
