DCA6 Shipment level errors Box Oversized
Are any other sellers having issues with Warehouse DCA6 giving shipment level errors that your shipment is oversized when they are correctly sized under 25 inches on the longest side? We have had 11 cartons in the last 60 days give us this error when all of the boxes have been under the size requirements. I am trying to file a case to get Amazon to check there camera system that scans the boxes as I believe it is in error. I was just wondering if any other sellers are having a similar issue with this specific warehouse DCA6.
