FBA shipments not being checked in
I've had to open investigations on my last two FBA shipments. One to Coppell, TX and one to Fort Worth, TX. Entire shipments delivered, left untouched for a month or so, then closed without a single unit accounted for. I need to know what is going on at these facilities. I don't feel comfortable sending mass units just to be lost or stolen each time. I've noticed a HUGE spike in lost/stolen inventory and check in delays this year and I'm not sure what is causing this. It's surely no error on my part as I've been operating the same as I always have. But for some reason my FBA shipments are being delivered, never even hitting the receiving phase. Then closed on the date an investigation can be opened and reported missing entirely.

Hi @Seller_SocX9acoQoNfg,
I appreciate you reaching out about this!
I understand and apologize for the frustration this process has caused. While I do not have insights into what exactly happened with your packages, I'm happy to help get any discrepancies you're experiencing resolved.
If you have any shipments that you are currently having trouble with, please send me those shipment IDs and any case IDs you have for those shipments. That way I can take a further look to better determine the path forward.
Thanks so much,
Jameson
