We have just arranged a shipment of a pallet into a fulfilment centre here in the UK. On our seller central page it says that we have a scheduled collection for tomorrow (13th August) but UPS have sent me an email stating the following

Dear Amazon Seller,

We have received a request to collect your amazon shipment from the below address. Unfortunately we believe you do not meet the collection requirements set out below.

You will need to meet the following requirements below in order for UPS SCS (UK) to pick up from your location:

- UPS SCS (UK) are not able to pick up from residential areas or a residential address

- 40 ft vehicle access (Bridge heights, turning circles, no dead ends)

- No Restrictions on entry - e.g. proximity to Schools

Our address is a residential address however I can't find anything on the carrier policies that state they cannot pickup from a residential address, we have had pallets picked up from our location previously by Kuehne & Nagel whom us the other partner carrier for LTL shipments, unfortunately you can't pick which one when you create a shipment so it is just luck of the draw. Amazon can't see anything from their end in regards to the rejection so I am at a loss for what to do, any suggestions? Thanks!
