Return from Amazon - Box was ripped and tapped back together
Hello everyone,
I recently arranged a return shipment for some unsold, brand-new products on Amazon. Unfortunately, upon receiving the items, I noticed that the box had been ripped and hastily taped back together. Out of the 24 products, five of the individual boxes are missing.
I'm seeking advice on the best course of action. Should I contact Amazon's managing director, or would it be more appropriate to create a case? This is my first experience with such an issue in a return shipment from Amazon, and I would greatly appreciate any insights or experiences you could share on resolving this type of problem.
Thank you in advance.
