GTIN Exemption

I am very new to Amazon and I am thinking of starting my sales with the Print on Demand system.
I opened my store and completed my designs.
I was told that I need to get GTIN Exemption but I can't do anything about it.
Can anyone who has recently done this and succeeded help me?

Not sure what you mean by you can't do anything about it. You need to apply for the exemption. Did you do that?
